Whilst you wouldn’t be able to walk into a music shop and purchase a citole that is a true example of this period of time, I have focused my efforts on handcrafting citoles and other instruments from scratch. Right from the process of selecting and chopping the wood through to creating designs and stringing the instrument, the full process is completely bespoke.

I will take the time from the outset to understand what you are looking for in terms of your very own citole. I will then be able to get to work on recreating an instrument that’s history dates back to 14th century. Once received, you will be able to play and enjoy your citole for many years to come.
