Baroque Music Instruments

Following the renaissance era of music, the Baroque period dates roughly between 1600-1750 and is split into three defined phases – early, middle and late. It’s a period of time rich in classical music celebrated with stringed instruments and saw the rise of some famous composers such as Bach, Purcell and Vivaldi. Coming to the present time, the Baroque period is widely studied and the music of the era is still celebrated today.

As a creator of early instruments, I, of course, could not ignore this defining era of history for music. I have a real passion for the Baroque period and I celebrate this by handcrafting musical instruments that represent that part of history. If you too have a great appreciation for Baroque music and you would love to own an instrument that is true to that period of history, then I know you will not be disappointed with what I can make for you.

Whether you are looking to own a harp, lute or something different, I am here to create the stunning music piece that you will love to play for many years to come. Care is taken at every step of the instrument making phases. From selecting the base wood to use, to carving unique designs and of course, stringing the instrument, you will be left with a one-off instrument that is uniquely yours.
